(a.) No payments hare been made to the Commissariat Department for rations issued subsequent to 30th November, 1863. (b.) The votes for Militia purposes for the financial years 1863-4 and 5 —£25,000 per annum—will be applicable in relief of this total, less £8,848 already charged. (c.) This amount is exclusive of expenditure through the Native Department, amounting to £2,719 charged to Native purposes.
