Mr. Hall, Mr. Carleton, Mr. Jollie, Mr. Curtis, Captain Kenny, Mr. Campbell, Mr. Fox, Mr. Mervyn, and the Hon. Mr. Stafford. Five to be a quorum. To report within ten days."—(Appointed by ballot.)
