No. 2. —An Act for enabling the Auckland Improvement Commissioners to acquire certain Lands and Houses for the formation of New Streets in the City of Auckland, and for other Purposes. No. 3. An Act to authorize " The Thames Gas Company (Limited)" to break up Streets and Bridges, and lay down and maintain Pipes Conduits and Service Pipes for supplying the Thames Gold Field and its Vicinity with Gas.
