REPORT The Select Committee on Waste Lands, to whom was referred a Bill intituled " The Land Act 1877," have the honor to report: — That they have gone through the Bill, and recommend that it he passed with the alterations, omissions, elisions, and amendments, as shown in the copy of the Bill annexed to this Report.
