Nobmanbt, Governor. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of November, 1878. Present: His Excellency the Goveenob in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the three hundred and fiftieth section of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and upon the request of the Borough of Hamilton, His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby reserved out of the waste lands of the Provincial District of Auckland, for the purpose of granting the same to the Corporation ofthe Borough of Hamilton.
