GUTHRIE AND LARNACH for the Supply of RAILWAY IRON and RAILWAY ROLLING-STOCK; the Amount of such Contracts; and the Amount paid and payable up to and inclusive of the 10th October, 1879. Note. —Certain alterations having been required in construction, a price has yet to be fixed for the same. The Contractors have asked 20s. each wagon, aud the department has offered 10s. each wagon. CONTRACTS FOR HANUFACTURE AND DELIVERY OF ROLLING-STOCK (600 RAILWAY TRUCKS) ON THE AUCKLAND, NABIER, WELLINGTON, WANGANUI, AND WAITAKI TO BLUFF RAILWAYS. Public Works Office, Wellington, 30th April, 1878. Separate written tenders will be received at this office up to noon on Wednesday, the 18th September, 1878, for the above contracts. They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Wellington, and marked outside "Tender for Rolling-Stock." The work will be let in five separate contracts, and must be separately tendered for accordingly.
