No. 52 of 1882.—Petition of H. K. Taiaeoa and I. Tainui. I am directed to report as follows : — Resolved, —That the Chairman report the additional evidence now taken to the House, with a statement that the Committee is unable on this evidence to come to any other conclusion than that already reported. Should it be the desire of the House that further evidence be taken, it is the opinion of the Committee that the petition should be further considered next session. Ist September, 1882.
