All that parcel of land in the Eangiora Survey District, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing 91 acres, more or less. Bounded —North-eastward and Eastward by the road north of Section No. 6090 and the Eyre Main Drain Reserve; Eastward by Section No. 6482; South-eastward and Southward by Sections Nos. 3685 and 5707 ; and Southwestward and Westward by Section No. 5635, and the continuation of the southwestern boundary-line thereof to the northern bank of the Eiver Eyre, and by Section No. 6090: and numbered 380 (in red) on the official map in the Survey Office, Christchurch. For the improvement and protection of the banks of the Eiver Eyre, and for other purposes in connection with the overflow of the said river.
