Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated 27th July, ISB6. Ordered, " That thero be laid on the table a return showing (1) the amount received for sale of water from the Kumara Water-race; (2) the cost of the Kumara Water-race, and the amount expended on the same during the last financial year; (3) the net percentage of profit to the colony on the said race for the year 1885." —(Mr. SEDDON.)
