And we make this declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled " The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882." Application for approval of a change of name of the abovementioned society, and for registry of a special resolution tc that effect, is made by the three persons whose names are subscribed at the foot hereof.
