Upon hearing Mr. Stringer, of counsel for Messrs. Harper and Co., the petitioning creditors, Mr. Austin, of counsel for the Official Assignee, and Mr. Deacon, of counsel for George Waldock Ell: It is ordered that the costs of the Official Assignee for appearing on an application of the said George Waldock Ell to annul the order of adjudication made against him on the Ist day of April last be fixed by the Eegistrar, and when so fixed be paid by the petitioning creditors.
