Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 19th August, 1592. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing the number of persons who returned incomes over £1,000 per annum, and the total amount of such incomes ; the number of persons who returned incomes over £300 and under £1,000, and the total amount of such incomes ; the number of persons whose land with improvements was assessed at over £100,000; the number so assessed between £50,000 and £100,000 ; between £20,000 and £50,000; and between £2,000 and £20,000 ; and the total amount of such property in each division."—(Mr. Wbight.)
