ABSTRACT OF LIABILITIES ON MARCH 31, 1892.

Presented to both Houses of the General Assembly in compliance with Section 38 of " TJie Public Bevenues Act, 1891."

The Controller and Auditor-General has the honour to submit to the House of Eepresentatives the abstract of liabilities on the 31st March, in compliance with the 38th section of "The Public Eevenues Act, 1891."
