INCREASES IN RATES AND CHARGES MADE BY THE RAILWAY COMMISSIONERS.
Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 13th July, 1893. Ordered, " That a return be laid before the House showing the increase in rates and charges made by the Kailway Commissioners since they were appointed, and the sections on which such increases were made, with explanations regarding the operation of the same."—(Mr. Eaenshaw.)
