CIVIL SERVANTS' BONUSES AND OTHER EMOLUMENTS, EXCLUSIVE OF SALARIES AND TRAVELLING-EXPENSES.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 31st July, 1895. Ordered, "That a return be laid before this House showing the amounts given as bonuses or other emolument 8 (exclusive of salary or travelling-allowance) during the past year to Civil servants, exclusive of the Postal and Telegraph, Railway, and Police Departments, specifying (1) the name of each officer receiving such bonus or emolument; (2) the amount paid to each; and (3) the special services for which bonus or emolument was given."— (Mr. Pibani). __
