Name and surname of father : Unknown. Bank or profession of father : Hotelkeeper. When and where buried : 24th April, 1883 ; Christchurch Cemetery, Name and religion of minister: Eev. E. A. Lingard; Church of England, Where born, and how long in New Zealand : London ; seven years.
