Notice was given to two owners to provide better accommodation, and they have agreed to provide it. The Inspector has ordered improvements to be made on most of the stations, and they are being carried out, so that next shearing the accommodation is expected to be very satisfactory. The holdings here are small, and the settlers help each other to shear. The accommodation is very good. The flocks are small, and shearing is carried out by the settlers themselves, returning to their own homes at night. The accommodation generally is good.
