It has always been a well-managed institution so far as the comfort of the patients and their skilful medical and surgical treatment is concerned. The neucleus of a fine new hospital of the most approved design is to be built a little distance to the south of the old building, which will then apparently be used for an old man's home. I have never been in favour of having the two institutions in such close proximity, but now I suppose it is too late to object.
