I hope Mr. Atkins's skill will be taken advantage of in carrying out all the details which are so vital in a building of this kind. I found the institution working most satisfactorily.

This Hospital has suffered a loss in the death of Miss Tyers, a conscientious and hardworking Matron. Shortly before my visit Wardsman Duffy had made trouble, but the Matron was exonerated from all blame, and her position rightly defined and strengthened. All was in excellent order.
