WELLINGTON AND MANAWATU RAILWAY COMPANY (LIMITED) (CORRESPONDENCE RENEWING AGREEMENT FOR INTERCHANGE OF TRAFFIC WITH).
Presented to Parliament in accordance with Section 43 of " The Government Railways Act, 1900."
New Zealand Government Eailways, Head Office, Wellington, Sib,— sth February, 1902. The agreement for interchange of traffic between your company and the New Zealand Government Railways will expire on the Bth March proximo, and I shall be glad if you will kindly state whether your company is agreeable to the continuation of the agreement for twelve months from the 9th proximo, but subject to cancellation, in part or whole, ac any time on a month's notice being given on either side. I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your favour of the sth instant with reference to interchange of traffic, and in reply am instructed to inform you that my company agrees to continuation for twelve months.
