Roskill Road; thence by the said Mount Roskill Road for about 13 chains to the road which forms the south-western boundary of subdivisional Allotment No. 8 ; thence by the last-mentioned rbad and its continuation to the New North Road ; thence by the New North Road to its junction with the Western Springs Road ; thence by the said Western Springs Road to Allotment No. 38 of Section No. 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland : and thence towards the south-west generally by the said Allotment No. 38, by Allotment No. 40 of the said Section No. 5, and by Allotment No. 21 of Section No. 7of the Suburbs of Auckland to the Old Great North Road; thence by the southern side of the old Great North Road to a point in line with the south-western boundary-line of Allotment No. 14 of Section No. 9, Suburbs of Auckland ; thence by a right line to the south-western corner of the said Allotment No. 14; and thence by the south-western boundary-line of Allotment No. 14 aforesaid, and by the south-eastern and south-western boundary-lines of Allotment No. 12 of Section No. 9 aforesaid, to the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 9 aforesaid; thence by the north-western boundary-line of that allotment to Motion's Creek, and by that creek to the Waitemata Harbour aforesaid : and thence towards the north generally by Waitemata Harbour to Cox's Bay aforesaid, the place of commencement. This district is bounded towards the north-west generally by the Waitemata Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the west coast at the south-western corner of the Piha Block in Waitakerei Survey District to the Whau River; thence by Sections Nos. 8a and 20 of the Parish of Waipareira to the north-eastern corner of the said Section No. 20 : thence towards the north by a right line in an easterly direction to Point Chevalier; thence by Waitemata Harbour and Motion's Creek to the north-western boundary-line of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 9 of the Suburbs of Auckland: thence towards the north-east generally by the Grey Lynn Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to Normanby Road : thence again towards the north by the City of Auckland Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Kyber Pass Road at the boundary of the Borough of Newmarket: thence again towards the north-east by the Borough of Newmarket (as the said borough is described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 30, 7th May, 1885) to the Epsom Road; thence by the said Epsom Road to its junction with the Great South Road; thence by the Great South Read to the junction of roads at the Harp of Erin Inn: thence towards the south-east by the road leading westerly from the Great South Road, passing through Allotment No. 7 and along the north-western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 17a, 16, 15, 14a, 14, to and through Allotment No. 13, and along the south-eastern boundary of the Hospital Reserve (Allotment part of 13) to the junction of roads at the Royal Oak Hotel; thence by the northern side of the last-mentioned road produced to the southern side of Mount Smart Road at the boundary of the Borough of Onehunga: thence towards the south-west and towards the east by the Borough of Onehunga (as the said borough is described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5, 20th January, 1882) to Manukau Harbour : thence again towards the south-east generally by Manukau Harbour to Manukau Heads : and thence towards the west by the sea to the south-western corner of the Piha Block aforesaid. Parnell. This district is bounded to the north-west generally by the City of Auckland Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the Kyber Pass Road to the easternmost corner of the City of Auckland ; thence by the north-western boundary-line of the Borough of Parnell to St. George's Bay : thence towards the north generally by the waters of Waitemata Harbour to the Tamaki River: thence towards the east generally by the said Tamaki River to the southernmost corner of Lot No. 17 of Section No. 4 of Small Lots near Panmure : thence towards the south by the road which forms the southern boundary of Lots Nos. 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, and 6 of the said Section No. 4 to the road which forms the north-western boundary of the last-mentioned lot; thence by the last-mentioned road to its junction with the road which forms the south-western boundary of Lot No. 39 of Section No. 1 of Small Lots near Panmure ; thence by the last-mentioned road and its continuation in a westerly direction, passing Small Lot No. 40 and Allotments Nos. 31 and 32 of Section No. 12, Parish of Waitemata, to the Great South Road near Penrose Junction : thence towards the south-west by the Great South Road to the boundary of the Eden Electoral District near the Harp of Erin Inn; and thence by the Eden Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Kyber Pass Road aforesaid, the place of commencement. Manukau. This district is bounded towards the north-west generally by the Eden Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from Manukau Harbour to the Harp of Erin Inn: thence towards the north-east and towards the north by the Parnell Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Tamaki River at the southernmost corner of Lot No. 17 of Section No. 4 of the Small Lots near Panmure ; thence by a line due east across the Tamaki River to its eastern shore : thence towards the north-west by the said Tamaki River to the sea : thence again towards the north-east by the sea to the Firth of Thames : thence towards the east by the Firth of Thames to Pukorokoro Creek: thence towards the south by Section No. 82, Block VI., Wharekawa Survey District, and by the road which leads in a westerly direction from that section, passing the Miranda Redoubt and the Esk Redoubt, to the river which forms the eastern boundary of Section No. 118 of Block XVI., Opaheke Survey District: thence towards the south-west generally by that river to the northern boundary-line of Section No. 163 of the said Block XVI. ; thence by the said Section No. 163 and by Sections Nos. 40 and 39 of Block XVI. aforesaid to the northwestern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by the south-western boundary-line of the Wharekawa No. 2 Block to a point due east of the south-eastern corner of Section No. 73 of Block XL, Opaheke Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 73 and by Sections Nos. 48b
