mentioned section : thence towards the south generally by the road forming the northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 75, 73, 25, 24, 23, 22, 13a, 13, 12, 1, 2, and 3 of the Parish of Kirikiriroa aforesaid to the Waikato River : thence again towards south-west by the Waikato River to its confluence with the Waipa River: thence towards the east by the Waipa River to the mouth of the Te Pake Stream: thence again towards the south-east by the said Te Pake Stream to the north-western boundary-line of Section No. 64 of the Parish of Waipa; thence by the said Section No. 64 to a point due south of the easternmost corner of Section No. 62 of the said Parish of Waipa : thence again towards the south-west generally by a line due north to the easternmost corner of the said Section No. 62 ; thence by Section No. 62 aforesaid, and Sections Nos. 55, 74, 73, 71, 72, 33, 56, and 59, all of the said Parish of Waipa, to Te Akau No. 2 Block (6350), in the Whaingaroa Survey District; thence by the said Te Akau No. 2 Block to the Mangati Stream ; and thence by the said Mangati Stream to the sea : thence towards the west by the sea to Manukau Harbour : and thence again towards the north generally by Manukau Harbour to the Pahurehure River, the place of commencement. Thames. This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the sea, from Cape Colville to the North Head of Tairua Harbour : towards the south-west by a right line drawn in a northwesterly direction from the North Head of Tairua Harbour in the direction of the source of the Waikawau River as far as the Waiwawa River: thence towards the south-east generally by the said Waiwawa River and its tributary the Taitoko Stream to the source of the latter; thence by the Waivvhakauranga and Mangarehu Blocks (formerly timber leases of 14,186 acres and 1,825 acres respectively) to the Mangakirikiri No. 1 Block (No. 3387a) ; thence by that block to its southernmost corner; thence by the summit of the range leading to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 2, Block V., Thames Survey District ; thence by the eastern boundary-lines of the said Section No. 2, and by the eastern boundary-lines of the Hape North No. 1 (2599) and by the eastern boundary-line of the Hape North No. 2 Block (2600), and by part of the north-eastern boundary-line of the Hape South No. 1 Block (2601a) to the Mangakirikiri No. 3 Block (3389a) ; thence by the said Mangakirikiri No. 3 Block to the Waikiekie Stream; thence by the left bank of the said Waikiekie Stream to the south-western boundary-line of the Whakairorahi No. 1 Block (1667) ; thence by the said Whakairorahi No. 1 Block, and by the Whakairorahi No. 2 Block (1667a), and by Block No. 2652a to the Waiwhakaurunga River ; thence by the said Waiwhakaurunga River to its confluence with the Kauaeranga River, and thence by the said Kauaeranga River to the Firth of Thames : thence towards the west generally by the Firth of Thames to the southern boundary-line of the Borough of Thames (as the said borough is described in the Neiv Zealand Gazette No. 16, 7th February, 1896) ; thence by the southern, southwestern, and northern boundary-lines of the said Borough of Thames to Rocky Point; and thence by the Firth of Thames and the Hauraki Gulf to Cape Colville, the place of commencement : including Great Mercury, Cuvier, and adjacent islands. Ohinemuri. This district is bounded towards the north-west and north-east by the Thames Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the southern boundary of the Borough of Thames (as the said borough is described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 16, 7th February, 1896) at the Firth of Thames to the northern head of Tairua Harbour: thence towards the east generally by the Tairua Harbour and the sea to the easternmost corner of the Whangamata No. 6 Block, near Whiritoa : thence towards the south-east generally by the south-eastern boundary-line of the said Whangamata No. 6 Block to the easternmost corner of Block No. 20c (3416), and thence by the southeastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned block and the south-eastern boundary-line of Ohinemuri No. 20 Block to the south-eastern corner of the said Ohinemuri No. 20 Block at Trig. Station 86, in Block XL, Ohinemuri Survey District; thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of Section No. 4of Block XV. of the said Ohinemuri Survey District; thence by a right line to the Ohinemuri River where that river is crossed by the main road to Katikati and Tauranga; thence by the said main road to the south-eastern boundary-line of Ngatitamatua Block; thence by the south-eastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned block to the south-eastern corner of the said Ngatitamatua Block ; thence by a line due south to its intersection by a right line drawn from the mouth of the Waihi River to the summit of Te Aroha Mountain; thence by a right line in the direction of the summit of Te Aroha Mountain as far as the summit of the main range between the Waihou River and the Bay of Plenty; thence by the summit of the main range between the Waihou River and the Bay of Plenty (confiscation boundary-line) to Mimiatohanga at or near the north-western corner of the Whakamarama No. 2 Block : thence again towards the south-east by a right line to the Wairere Falls ; thence by the Wairere River: thence towards the south-west by the said Wairere River to its confluence with the Waihou River; and thenee by the Waihou River "to the Franklin Electoral District: thence towards the south and towards the west generally by the Franklin Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Firth of Thames : and towards the north by the Firth of Thames to the southern boundary-line of the Borough of Thames, the place of commencement : including Slipper Island. Waikato. This district is bounded towards the north generally by the Franklin Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the west coast at the mouth of the Mangati Stream to the Waihou River : thence towards the north-east by the Ohinemuri Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Whakamarama No. 2 Block: thence towards the east generally by the said Whakamarama No. 2 Block to its southernmost corner at Waianuanu ; thence by the Mangatotara No. Ia Block (5319a), by the Mangatotara No. lc Block (5319), by a block of Crown lands containing 870 acres, and by
