No. 1187, 1901.—Petition of Tipene Matua and 2 Others (No. 1). Petitionees pray for a rehearing in connection with the Manawaangiangi Block. I am directed, to report that the Committee finds the petitioners appear to have suffered a wrong through the judgment of the Courts, and therefore recommends that an opportunity should be given, by legislation, for a rehearing. 29th July, 1902.
