VOLUNTEER FORCE (TRAVELLING-EXPENSES OF STAFF OFFICERS OF THE).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 4th August, 1903. Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing (I) the tot*l amount of travelling-allowances and travelling-expenses paid to the staff offioers of the Volunteer Forces of tha colony in each of the six years ending the 31st Maroh, 1903; (2) the name, rate of travelling-allowance and traveliing-expense3, and amount pjid to each staff officer each year during the same period; also, like information in reference t > staff non-commissioned officers." —(Mr. Graham).
