No. 887. —Petition of Mrs. Abbey Henley. Petitionee prays for relief, not having access to her section. I am directed to report that, as it appears the petitioner has not been provided with reasonable access to her land, the Committee is of opinion that "the forfeiture should be rescinded, and recommends that the Land Board be advised to reconsider its decision. 21st November, 1903.
