Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the sth October, 1904. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing (1) the total cost of the Bickerstaffe Estate to date; and (2) the commissions, valuation-expenses, and travelling-expenses paid in connection with the said purchase, giving the names of those to whom suoh moneys were paid and the amounts paid to each."—(Mr. Hakding.)
