SLY-GROG SELLING (CONVICTIONS, FINES INFLICTED, AND REWARDS PAID FOR) DURING THE YEAR ENDING THE 30th JUNE, 1904.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 18th August, 1904. Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing (1) the number of convictions for sly-grog selling in the colony, (2) the amount of fines received, and (3) the amount paid to those who were instrumental in procuring such convictions, giving for each electoral district the number of convictions, the amount of fines, and the amount of rewards paid for procuring such convictions." —(Mr. Symes.)

Return showing the Number of Convictions for Sly-grog selling (i.e., selling Liquor without a License), the Amount of Fines inflicted, the Amount of Fines paid, and the Amount paid to those who were instrumental in procuring such Convictions in each Electoral District in the Colony for the Twelve Months ending the 30th June, 1904.
