Letter from the Hon. the Minister tor Agriculture relating to Noxious Weeds. f have to report that the Committee, having considered the above, recommends that the following plants be included in the Third Schedule of "The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900": namely, hemlock, pennyroyal, St. John's wort, tutsan, and fennel. 19th October, 1904.
