Waitakerei Domain. Sections Nob, 16, 18, 19, E. 64, 65, S. 68, S.E. 75, S. 78, S. 79, 110, 111, and S. 112, Karangahape Parish; N. 54, Block V, Waitakerei Survey District; 163 and 193, Waipareira Parish. Area, 4,732 acres. Used for picnics and the preservation of native bush. Waiuko Domain. Section No. 73, VVaiuku Village. Area, 10 acres. Work done during year: Noxious weeds eradicated, fences attended to, and drains laid. Proposed operations for ensuing year: Laying down 6 acres in grass, and further cultivation of remainder. Improvements now on domain: Fences, drains, and plantations. The area is not yet used by the public, but should be available shortly for sports and picnics. Waiweka Domain. Sections Nos. 168, 169, 170, and 171, Waiwera Parish. Area, 12 acres 2 roods 9 perches. No improvements effected. It is proposed to do some clearing and tree-planting during the ensuing year if funds are available. Whaingaroa Domain. Sections Nos. 86 and B"6a, Waipa Parish, and 139, Whaingaroa Parish. Area, 364 acres and 21 perches. Improvements now on domain: House of twenty rpoms, fences, outbuildings, plantations, orchard, concrete baths for both sexes, and tennis-court. Used as health resort. It is proposed to improve the mineral baths as soon as funds permit. Whakatane Domain. Sections Nos. 285 and 286, Waimana Parish. Area, 40 acres 2 roods 18 perches. Used for cricket, football, and picnics. Improvements now on domain: Fences, plantation (4 acres of blue gums), tennis-lawn, and cricket-ground. Whananaki Domain. Section No. 26, Block IX, Opuawhanga Survey District. Area, 28 acres 2 roods 32 perches. This domain is under the control of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Auckland. Improvements now on domain: Good house, fences, and grassing. The area is leased for grazing purposes. Whangateau Domain. Section No. 156 a, Omaha Parish. Area, 15 acres and 20 perches. Work done during year: Improved stage, and provided two doors for anteroom of Domain Hall Improvements now on domain: Boundary-fences, entrance-gates, tennis-court, concrete cricket-pitch hall, plantation of native bush. Most of the area is in grass. Used for picnics, athletic sports, tennis, and cricket. Proposed operations for ensuing year: Further improvements to hall. Wharere Domain. Section No. 7, Block 11, Waihi South Survey District. Area, 51 acres 2 roods. This domain was leased before the Board was appointed in February, 1905, and the lease has not yet expired. A portion of the domain is used for a tennis-court by the Pongakawa lennis Club.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTKICT. Araroa Domain. Section No. 33, Town of Te Araroa. Area, 15 acres 2 roods 24 perches. Improvements now on domain: Good boundary-fences, gate, 12 acres cleared of scrub, and rrassed Used principally as a cricket-ground. This domain has been exchanged for a Native rllotmentH-viz., Section No. 21, Town of Te Araroa, containing 10 acres. Clyde Domain. Suburban Sections Nos.-4, 5, 10, and 11, Town of Clyde. Area, 8 acres. Improvements now on domain: Fences, plantations, and band-rotunda. Used for sports and football matches. It is proposed to lease the reserve to the Caledonian Society on improvement conditions.
