Ohoka and Eyreton Domain. Reserve No. 1567, Mandeville Survey District. Area, 200 acres. Work done during year: Gorse eradicated and buildings painted. Improvements now.on domain : Fences, belt of trees on boundaries 1 chain wide, grandstand, stables, office, cloak-room, horse-yard and saddling-paddock fenced. Used principally for horse-racing. Papanui Domain. /art of Rural Section No. 5, Block VII, Christchurch Survey District. Area, 6 acres 2 roods 25 perches. Work done during year: Fences cut, trees trimmed, new well sunk, drainpipes taken up and repaired, pavilion and fences repaired. Proposed operations for ensuing year: Treeplanting, and repairing and painting gates. Pu-KAKi Domain. Reserves Nos. 3701, Block XIII, Pukaki Survey District, and 3702, Block XV, Pukaki Survey District, and 111, Strachey Survey District. Area, 356 acres. This domain is under the control of the Tourist Department. During the year the accommo-dation-house was enlarged by the addition of six bedrooms and a dining-room, and new spouting was fitted to the old portion. A cowshed and fowlhouse were erected, and the outbuildings provided with concrete channelling and a water-supply. An area around the house was also fenced for grazing purposes. Rangiora Domain. Reserves Nos. 132 and 1563, Rangiora Survey District. Area, 95 acres. Work done during year: Tree-planting, and maintenance. Improvements now on domain : Boundary-fences, plantation of well-grown trees of several varieties, grandstand, cycle-track, and conveniences. Used for sports, cricket, croquet, football, hockey, picnics, and races. Rangiora and Waikuku Beach Domain. Sections Nos. 3224, 3710, and 3718, Blocks VIII and XII, Rangiora Survey District. Area, 305 acres. Improvements now on domain: Plantations, fences, and well. Used for picnics. Proposed operations for ensiling year: Tree-planting, fencing, and installation of water-supply. Richmond Domain. Part of Rural Section No. 182, Christchurch Survey District. Area, 7 acres. Work done during year: Additions to pavilion. Improvements now on domain: Pavilion, conveniences, fences, plantation, and two artesian wells. Used for cricket, football, picnics, and general recreation. Ruapuna Domain. Reserve No. 3034, Block X,' Shepherd's Bush Survey District. Area, 27 acres. Leased on improvement conditions. During the year trees were planted where others had failed. Improvements now on domain : Plantation, fences, and grassing. Not used by the public.
