Landless Natives Bill. I am directed to report that the Native Affairs Committee, to whom was referred the above-men-tioned Bill, has duly considered the same, and is of opinion that it should be allowed to proceed subject to the amendments as shown on a copy of the Bill attached hereto. 21st September, 1906.
