DOUBLE INCOME TAX* CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER : I thought that, perhaps, double income the most convenient point to begin with, subject to your opinion, was the double payment of income tax. It touches you most, Dr. Jameson, and you also, Mr. Deakin. Dr. JAMESON ! Very much indeed, and it will affect General Botha very much more than it does us, or will presently.
