FISHING RESERVE NEAR MOTUNGARARA, SOUTHLAND (PARTICULARS RELATIVE TO LEASE OF).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 16th October, 1907. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The moneys received from the fishing reserve situate near the railway-line running from Wairewa, near Motungarara Railway-station; (2) to whom the said land is leased; (3) the price per acre ; (4) the remaining unexpired period of lease ; (5) what the Public Trustee is doing with the money received."—(Mr. Pabata.)
