No. 219 (1908).—Petition of Mateara Mihaka and 26 Others. Petitioners pray that the clemency of the Crown be extended towards a person, one Huru Mateara. I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that the petition be referred to the Government for consideration. 26th August, 1908.
