G. Allen, Mr. J. Allen, Mr. Golvin, Mr. Flatman, Mr. W. Fraser, Mr. Graham. Mr. Laurenson, Hon. Mr. McNab, Hon. Mr. Mills, and the mover."—(Right Hon. Sir. J. G. Wabd.)
