Sir,— Rarotonga, 2nd May. 1910. I have the honour to inform you that I have audited the accounts of the Treasurer and Collector of Customs for the year ended 31st March, 1910, and have found them correct. 1 have also audited the books of the High Court ami Land Titles Court, and find that all moneys received have been accounted for.
