Mr. Speaker,— The presentation of the Railway Statement for the year ending 31st March, 1910, imposes on me the pleasing duty of announcing that the year's operations, when compared with those of the previous year, have on the whole been exceedingly satisfactory. The results may be summarised thus :— Year 1910.
