REPORTS. No. 578 (1909).— Petition of R. Proctor and 40 Others, of Rawene. Petitioners pray for amendment of the Native-land laws. I am directed to report that, as a question of policy is involved, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 19th July, 1910.
