Duncan, Mr. Gresnslade, Mr. Poland, Mr. Scott, Mr. Seddon, Mr. E. H. Taylor, Mr. J. C. Thomson, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. R. MoKbwzib.) Wednesday, the 20th Day of July, 1910.
