Ordered, " That a Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to whom shall be referred Bills more particularly referring to labour; three to be a quorum: the Committee to consist of Mr. Arnold, Mr. Bollard Mr. Fraser, Mr. Glover, Mr. Hardy, Mr. Luke, Mr. McLaren, Mr. Poole, Right Hon.
