No. 193 (1911).--Petition of Peti Toka. of Poverty Bay. Petitioner prays for removal of receiver, and inquiry into circumstances of lease of Whangara X Block. I have the honour to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government tor consideration, with a further recommendation that accounts should be rendered lo the beneficiaries annually, and audited by the Government Audit Department. 10th October, 1911.
