LABOUR BILLS COMMITTEE (REPORT OF THE) ON THE INDUSTRIAL CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION ACT AMENDMENT BILL TOGETHER WITH MINUTES OF EVIDENCE.

Report brought up on Tuesday, the 17th October, 1911, and ordered to be printed. ;OEDERS OP REFERENCE. Extracts from tlte Journals of the House of Representatives. Friday, the 4th Day of August, 1911. Ordered, "That a Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to whom shall be referred Bills more particularly re'erring to labour; three to be a quorum: the Committee to oonsist of Mr. Am'ld, Mr. Bollard. Mr. Ell, Mr. Fraser, Mr. Glover, Mr. Hardy, Mr. Luke, Mr. McLaren, Mr. Poole, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. MILLAB.) Tuesday, the 22nd Day of August, 1911. Ordered, " That the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill he referred to the Labour Bills Committee."—(Hon. Mr. Millae.)

' REPORT. The Labour Bills Committee, to whom was referred the above-mentioned Bill, have the honour to report that they have carefully considered the same, and have taken considerable evidence thereon, and beg to recommend that it be allowed to proceed with the amendments as shown on the copy annexed hereto.
