Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 29th August, 1912. Ordered, -'That there be laid before this House a return showing—(J) The amount of premiums that would have had to bo paid to insure all publio buildings in the Dominion (including school buildings) for the last ten years; and (2) the total value of all public buildings (including schools) that have been destroyed by fire during the same period." ■(Mr. Myees.)

The amount of premiums that would have had to be paid to insure all public buildings in the Dominion (including school buildings) for the ten years ended 29th August, 1912 : The amount cannot be given, but would probably amount to £300,000. 2.
