Praying for a rehearing re relative interests in Kairakau No. 2 Block, and that alienation be prohibited pending the result of such rehearing. I am directed to report that in the opinion of the Committee this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration with a view to legislation to reopen the question of determination of relative interests in Kairakau No. 2 Block. 10th September, 1914.
