Praying for legislation to enable lands vested in Tokerau District Maori Land Board to be revested in Native owners without provision that liens and charges on such lands be first discharged. I am directed to report that, as a question of policy is involved, the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 20th October, 1914.
