Now, therefore, in pursuance of the powers conferred on me by the said Act, I grant to the said A. B. this certificate of naturalization, and declare that upon taking the oath of allegiance within the time and in the manner required by the regulations made in that behalf he [she] shall, subject to the provisions of the said Act, be entitled to all political and other rights, powers, and privileges, and be subject to all obligations, duties, and liabilities to which a naturalborn British subject is entitled or subject, and have to all intents and purposes the status of a natural-born British subject.
