206. In the conduct of actions and proceedings under this Act in any Court rules shall apply and. there shall be the same rights of appeal as are in force or exist for the time being in respect of ordinary proceedings in the same Court. 207. Any three or more of the Judges of the Supreme Court, of whom the Chief Justice shall be one, may from time to time make rules and orders for regulating proceedings in the Supreme Court under this Act: Provided that such rules and orders shall be subject to the approval of the Governor in Council. Offences. 208. (1.) Every person who — (a.) Fraudulently procures, assists in fraudulently procuring, or is privy to the fraudulent procurement of any certificate of title or other instrument, or of any entry in the Register, or of any erasure or alteration in any entry in the Register, or in any instrument or form issued by the Registrar-General or any Registrar ; or (b.) Fraudulently uses, assists in fraudulently using, or is privy to the fraudulent using of any form purporting to be issued or sanctioned by the Registrar-General; or (c.) Knowingly misleads or deceives any person hereinbefore authorized to demand an explanation in respect to any land or the title to any land which is the subject of any application to bring the same under this Act, or in respect to which any dealing or transmission is proposed to be registered or recorded— commits an indictable offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred pounds, or, at the discretion of the Court before which the case is tried, to imprisonment with or without hard labour for any period not exceeding three years. (2.) Any certificate of title, entry, erasure, or alteration so procured or made by fraud shall be void as between all parties or privies to such fraud. 209. Every person commits a crime who — (a.) Forges, or procures to be forged, or assists in forging the seal of any Registrar, or the name, signature, or handwriting of any officer of the Land Registry Office, in cases where such officer is by this Act or any former Land Transfer Act expressly or impliedly authorized to affix his signature ; or (b.) Stamps, or procures to be stamped, or assists in stamping any document with any forged seal of any Registrar ; or (c.) Forges, or procures to be forged, or assists in forging the name, signature, or handwriting of any person whomsoever to any instrument which is by this Act or any former Land Transfer Act, or in pursuance of any power contained in any such Act, expressly or impliedly authorized to be signed by such person ; or (d.) Uses, with an intention to defraud any person whomsoever, any document upon which any impression or part of the impression of any seal of any Registrar has been forged,
