ORDERS OF REFERENCE. Extract from Ike Journals of the House of Representatives. Thursday, the Ist Day of July, 1915. Ordered, " That Standing Order No. 219 bo suspended, and that a Native Affairs Committee be appointed, consisting of fourteen members, to consider all potitions, reports, returns, and other documents relating to affairs especially affecting the Native race that may be brought before the Houbc this session, and from time to time to report thereon to the House ; with power to call for persons and papers ; three to be a quorum : the Committee to consist of the Hon. Sir J. Carroll, Mr. Henare, Mr. Hudson, Mr. Jennings, Mr. Mac Donald, Mr. Mander, Hon. Mr. Ngata, Mr. Parata, Hon. Dr. Pomare, Mr. Seddon. Mr. W. Stewart, Mr. Wilkinson, Mr. Young, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Herries.) Wednesday, the 21st Day of July, 1915. Ordered, " That the name of Mr. Talbot be addod to the Native Affairs Committee."—(Hon.
