In answer to your despatch, No. '->G2, of the sth July, I have the honour to inform you that my Ministers are taking steps to submit to Parliament amending legislation in accordance with paragraph 11 of the Foreign Marriages Order in Council, L 913, for the purpose of enabling notices of marriage and certificates of such notices to be given and issued for the purposes of the Foreign Marriages Act.
