Spectal Report. I have the honour to report that at a meeting of the Native. Affairs Committee held this morning, the following resolution was carried unanimously :— " That the Committee desires to place on record its appreciation of the excellent services rendered to the Committee by the Clerk (Mr. H. W. Harris) ; that this resolution be recorded in the minutes and reported to the House." 4th August, 1916. [Translation.] Ripoata Motuhake.
